A few sentences are enough to start: what you are building, who is on the team, roughly when you need someone, and whether it is remote or in a room.
If you already know the shape of the engagement (three months of frontend leadership, one migration, a hiring push), say so. If you do not, that is a fine first conversation too.
I answer everything, usually within a day. If I am not the right person for it, I will tell you that quickly and often point you at someone who is.
